Sister Marie is back at Shaftbury Abbey, none the worse for her adventures and very much the better. With the magic she inherited from her Irish witch mother, she has banished the demonic Bishop Josceline back to hell where he belongs. Doing so means she’s had to return to the abbey instead of staying with her new love, the Viscount Bleiz Clavret.
