On her annual summer retreat, she finds that once again a creature from Japanese mythology has proven to be more than just a simple tale. Something lurks in the lake, and it’s hunting her down. She needs to rely on her closest friends and her spiritual guide, an ancient kami bound to help her with secrets of its own. It offers to unleash a new level of power, but what will the price be and how will it change her?
